Welcome to our first Persian lesson. Like anything else, you have to learn some basics first. We’re going to begin by learning some of the letters in the Persian Alphabet, namely short vowels and the letters used for B, P and T.
In Persian Lesson 2 we are going to learn the long vowels with the help of the letters we learned in the last lesson.
We are already familiar with long and short vowels. Now we can proceed and learn the pronunciation of every letter in the Persian Alphabet.
So far we have learned eight letters from the Persian Alphabet. After a quick review of what we’ve done so far, we’ll learn a few more.
We are now on Lesson 5. After studying the previous lessons carefully we are now ready to learn five more letters from the Persian Alphabet.
This page is recommended if you want to learn to write in Persian. On this page you’ll find the same letters you have just studied this week.
